What to Expect
You'll hear back fast.
- If I'm free, I pick up. The number above is my actual cell phone — not an assistant, not a call center.
- If I miss you, I call back within the hour. Unless I'm in a client appointment that runs long, you won't be waiting until tomorrow.
- Reachable 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. I'm an early riser, so 8 AM means 8 AM. Text works just as well as a call if it's after hours.
- Every email gets a personal reply. I don't have an inbox bot. If you write, I read it and write back.
